The Garrett AT Pro is a professional metal detector with a deeper search depth thanks to it's larger coil and higher frequency. The 15kHz frequency of the AT Pro makes it an excellent all-rounder great for detecting relics and coins in a variety of conditions which is why it’s become such a popular detector. It can ground balance to salt making it one of the best detectors for the beach and marine waterways. The AT Pro is built to withstand dust, dirt, and being submerged in both salt and fresh water up to 3 metres making it suitable for use in creeks and rivers and rough environments. It's Iron Audio function allows you to hear discriminated iron (normally silenced) to avoid digging undesired flat iron targets such as nails, bottle caps or washers. The AT Pro features advanced, proportional (Pro) audio modes which allows the user to hear subtle changes in a target’s response helping the user to better judge a target’s size, shape and depth and has the additional benefit of a much faster recovery time when detecting adjacent targets.
