AUSSIE SHOP GROUP SHIPPING POLICY

Phone orders/payments are available, please call our sales team on 07 5541 3569 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Please note we are closed all local and national public holidays.
We endeavour to ship orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Express Shipping doesn’t imply express handling. Orders are processed as they are received into our warehouse. Express Shipping times are not guaranteed by our couriers.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have a tracking number.
All orders are posted from Beaudesert, QLD 4285 unless we deem it quicker to send them directly from the supplier.
Shipping & Handling Rates Australia Wide
Free Delivery of your order via our Free Shipping Service on orders over $49 is available for most products and to most locations in Australia.
Items classified as "Dangerous" can only be sent via standard road freight and will incur a charge. Free shipping and Express shipping are not available for "Dangerous" goods.
Items classified as "Bulky" can only be sent via standard road freight and will incur a charge. Free shipping and Express shipping are not available for "Bulky" goods.
Express Post
This service provided by Australia Post.
Express service requires a Signature on Delivery for high-value items. The Aussie Shop Group will not accept liability if the delivery is delayed or not completed due to no-one being available to receive the parcel. This service will have your parcel delivered quicker than normal Parcel Post. Orders not delivered will be carded and taken to your local Post Office for collection.
Standard Parcel Service
This is the standard parcel service provided by Australia Post.
If the Australia Post driver considers the location unsafe the delivery will be ‘carded’ and taken to your local Post Office for you to collect.
Free Postage
Your order will be delivered for free (orders over $49) to a nominated address. Delivery to a PO Box or Parcel Locker is not available as this is a courier service.
Orders will be sent with Authority to Leave option only The Aussie Shop Group will not accept liability if the delivery is delayed or not completed due to the driver being unable to access your location (eg locked gates, pin access, etc). No liability is accepted for orders stolen after delivery, damaged by the weather or animals (pets or others, etc).
If the driver cannot complete the delivery, it will be ‘carded’ and referred to a location in your area (which may be a newsagent, service station, convenience store, supermarket or other location). You cannot specify an alternate location.
Dispatch notification only is available with this service. Tracking will be provided where available.
Calculation of freight costs
Your freight cost is calculated in the Checkout Cart where you may select from any of the delivery options.
Back orders
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returned orders
Any order that is not delivered to the customer's address, sent to an alternate collection point, and still uncollected will be returned to our warehouse after from 5 to 14 business days. If we are requested to re-send the order to the same or an alternate address, the delivery will be sent as Standard Parcel Post with tracking, and subject to a re-delivery charge which must be paid prior to dispatch.
International orders
Our system automatically removes all the GST so it is not charged in the Checkout Cart on international orders. However, you may be liable for GST/VAT/Etc in your destination Country. It is the buyers responsibility to pay any charges or duties charged.
Cancellation of order
We may cancel your order if your requested delivery arrangements fall outside the preceding guidelines. Alternatively, we may contact you to amend your delivery arrangements which may result in an additional delivery expense to you.
