MEAL HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
You can eat the food cold but we recommend hot for maximum enjoyment.

BEEF CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS (Gluten Free):
Beef (38%), Water, Vegetables (Potato, Carrot), Tomato Paste, Reconstituted Vegetable Broth, Flavour Enhancers (627, 631), Thickener (1412), Garlic Paste, (Acidity Regulator (330)), Spices.

SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE INGREDIENTS:
Beef (43%), Tomato, Water, Cooked Spaghetti (10%) (Water, Durum, Wheat), Tomato Paste, Thickener (1412), Sugar, Garlic Paste, Salt, Canola Oil, Vitamins (Ascorbic Acid, Niacin, Thiamin, Riboflavin), Pepper, Acidity Regulator (330).

3 year shelf life from manufactured date on main MRE meal. Please note that there are no food safety issues beyond 3 years however taste and texture may start to change. Manufactured from late 2023 through to early 2025.
